All orders ship from our headquarters in Bowling Green, KY.  Please see below regarding how long each product usually takes to prepare.

• Non-personalized (blank) product typically ship within 3 business days.
• Personalized robe orders typically ship in 3-5 business days.
• Personalized jewelry/accessories ship in 3-5 business days.
• Personalized glassware (i.e. Unity Candle Holders, Sand Ceremony Kits, etc) ship within 1-2 weeks.
