What is the proper monogramming etiquette?

How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Different types of product require different amounts of time to process/create. Please see our Lead Times page to determine how long it will take to make your one-of-a-kind items.
Can i change my order once it's placed?
If you need to make a change to your order please Contact Us immediately. We will try our hardest to make the change, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in queue.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently only ship to the U.S.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
If you are not happy with your purchase of non-personalized products, please contact us within 7 business days of shipment to arrange a return. We CANNOT accept returns/exchanges on personalized product that was made properly to customer specifications.
